Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Business Analyst in Philadelphia, PA. Summary: Are you a strategic problem-solver who enjoys connecting business needs with technology solutions? Our client, a growing and highly respected organization within the manufacturing and distribution space, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to play a key role in driving process improvements, enterprise system enhancements, and successful business transformation initiatives. In this highly visible position, you'll partner closely with business leaders and technical teams to identify opportunities, define requirements, evaluate solutions, and ensure technology investments deliver measurable value. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced analyst who enjoys working across multiple business functions, influencing stakeholders, and improving operational efficiency. What You'll Do:
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

- Lead and facilitate requirements gathering sessions with cross-functional stakeholders
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable documentation including user stories, process flows, use cases, and functional requirements
- Partner with business and technology teams to evaluate, prioritize, and implement solutions
- Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment through testing, validation, and user acceptance activities
- Create and execute test plans, test scripts, and UAT processes
- Analyze and improve business processes, recommending technology-driven solutions where appropriate
- Support end users through training, documentation, and ongoing system adoption initiatives
- Build strong relationships with subject matter experts and business leaders to drive successful outcomes
- Communicate complex concepts through documentation, workflow diagrams, presentations, and process maps
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Background working within manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, logistics, or related operational environments
- 6 years of Business Analyst experience with progressively increasing responsibility
- Experience supporting ERP implementations, enhancements, or optimization initiatives
- Experience supporting testing, training, change management, and user adoption efforts
- Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as Epicor, Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite, Infor, or similar enterprise systems
- Strong skills in requirements elicitation, process mapping, business process analysis, and stakeholder management
- Proven ability to navigate competing priorities and build consensus among diverse teams
- Advanced degree or relevant professional certification
- IIBA certifications such as CCBA or CBAP
- Familiarity with structured solution evaluation and decision-making methodologies
