Key Tasks:
- Business requirements elicitation and documentation (functional and non-functional)
- Process analysis and improvement techniques
- Data analysis and interpretation to support business decisions
- Stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration
- Meeting facilitation, workshop leadership, and effective communication
- CSM is a plus
- Demonstrated experience in business analysis activities, including requirements gathering, documentation, and process assessment
- Experience working within formal project delivery frameworks (Agile, hybrid, or waterfall environments)
- Familiarity with project delivery methodologies (Agile, hybrid, waterfall)
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-informed decision making
- Exposure to one or more areas of business analysis, such as process improvement, data analysis, systems support, or cross-functional initiatives
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with common BA tools and documentation techniques (e.g., process flows, use cases, user stories)
- Proven ability to facilitate discussions, lead working sessions, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
- Ability to analyze complex business needs and translate them into clear, concise, and well-structured deliverables
- Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable documentation
