This is a newly created role offering strong exposure across reporting, analysis, and capital initiatives. What You'll Do:

- Build and enhance financial reporting, dashboards, and analytics
- Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Support capital project tracking and investment analysis
- Assist with audit preparation and financial compliance
- Drive process improvements, including automation and efficiencies
- Provide cross-functional support across accounting and finance
- Newly created role with high visibility
- Broad exposure across a complex organization

- Strong leadership and team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA (or progress toward) is a plus
- 3-5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or audit
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical mindset
- ERP system experience preferred
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
