Kforce has a client in Frisco, TX that is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support a fast-paced corporate recruiting team in a high-volume hiring environment. This role is highly focused on coordination, administration, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process from interview scheduling through onboarding. This is a contract opportunity based onsite in Frisco, TX (5 days per week), with an initial duration of 4-6 months and the potential for extension based on business needs. Summary: The Recruiting Coordinator will manage a heavy volume of interview scheduling, maintain accurate system updates, and support recruiting operations through detailed spreadsheet tracking and reporting. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy. The ideal candidate thrives in a structured, process-driven environment and can effectively communicate with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to deliver a smooth and professional experience. Responsiveness, reliability, and the ability to manage competing priorities are key to success in this position.

Requirements
- 1 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative roles in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to manage high-volume scheduling and coordination activities
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience maintaining detailed tracking spreadsheets
- Experience updating systems or applicant tracking systems (ATS) with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment
- Comfortable working onsite in a collaborative office five days per week
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision
