Kforce's client in Washington, DC that is seeking a Recruiter who will be partnering with a large, nationally recognized organization to add a Skilled Trades Recruiter to their team. This role will support high-volume hiring across maintenance, facilities, and technical field positions. This is a great opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys a fast-paced environment and knows how to find and engage hard-to-reach talent. Duties:

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

- Partner with hiring managers to support ongoing and upcoming hiring needs
- Source candidates using a variety of channels (ATS, job boards, networking, referrals, outreach)
- Screen and interview candidates for skilled trades roles
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in recruiting systems
- Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the hiring process
- 2-4 years of recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for skilled trades, field, or technical roles (maintenance, HVAC, mechanical, construction, etc.)
- Strong sourcing skills - ability to find talent beyond inbound applicants
- Experience using ATS and CRM systems
- Organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple priorities
