Kforce's client, a fast-growing Real Estate company located in Boston, is in search of a Property Accountant. This position is an add-to-staff, as the company has acquired a sizable portfolio to Manager for a Pension Fund. Responsibilities:

- Maintenance of General Ledger and Reporting (Monthly, Quarterly, Annual)
- Calculation of Annual CAM and TAX true ups
- Work closely with property management team in order to resolve property related issues and ensure quality reporting
- Review Budgets and provide feedback to Property Managers
- Bank reconciliations
- Oversee Cash receipts/receivables for portfolio-Lease review, interpretation and compliance
- Debt review and compliance reporting
- Partnership agreement review and compliance reporting
- Maintaining and processing quarterly distributions to partners
- B.A./B.S. degree in Accounting/Finance; 3 years related R/E accounting
- Knowledge of or ability to learn property management accounting processes, including use of any industry specific software
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of all aspects of accounting
- Proficient in Real Estate software (MRI, Yardi) and Excel
