- Manage and oversee various cross-functional programs, ensuring successful end-to-end delivery against defined timelines and metrics
- Develop and refine program strategies, effectively communicating progress, risks, and recommendations to senior leaders and key stakeholders
- Set clear objectives for programs, leveraging data analytics, SQL, and Excel-based reporting to drive measurable improvements
- Navigate and resolve ambiguities in complex operational scenarios, applying structured problem-solving skills
- Develop deep familiarity with operational systems and processes - capable of independently handling anecdotal checks, troubleshooting requests, and operational inquiries from partner teams
- Hold cross-functional stakeholder teams accountable to program timelines; Exercise sound judgment on escalation paths and surface critical issues proactively
- Implement repeatable processes and drive automation or standardization to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency
- End-to-end program/project management experience
- Comfort with data analysis without relying on others
- Strong ownership mentality for self-sufficient execution
- GenAI experience for workflow automation and stakeholder management across multiple teams
