Kforce has a client that is seeking a Payroll Manager in Wilton, CT. Responsibilities:
- Payroll Manager will manage the processing of multi-state payroll for a national corporation
- Process bonuses, adjustments, garnishments, special requests, etc.
- Ensure Payroll tax compliance with federal, state, & local regulations
- Prepare and present Payroll & Benefits related metrics and dashboard reports, (headcount, taxes, deductions, etc.)
- Manage HR payroll related data, internal control, and process improvements within the P/R department and HRIS system
- Payroll Processing and HRIS systems management experience
- ADP, or UKG, with ERP software exposure
- MS Dynamics, and Advanced Excel skills
- To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
- Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
