- Supports OD&L Manager or VP for LoB/CoB - Assigned to a particular line of business of medium to high complexity (e.g. less stable portfolio, multiple geographies across different regions); Or supports OD&L VP in pan-Business OD&L activities, supporting OD&L processes and leading significant projects
- Has large autonomy in adjusting objectives, policies and plans independently
- Total population typically 2,500
- Reports to OD&L Manager or VP
- Engages with Business Leaders
- To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
- Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

Salary : $77 - $79
