Kforce has a client that is seeking a Microsoft Copilot Enablement Analyst in Lincoln, RI. Summary: The AI Center team is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Enablement Analyst to join the team who is focused on Microsoft Copilot. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, enablement, and process optimization. As a Copilot Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving adoption, improving workflows, and enabling teams to maximize the value of AI-powered tools like Microsoft Copilot. Key Responsibilities Enablement & Adoption:

As a Copilot Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving adoption, improving workflows, and enabling teams to maximize the value of AI-powered tools like Microsoft Copilot. Key Responsibilities Enablement & Adoption:
- Act as a subject matter expert on Microsoft Copilot capabilities, use cases, and best practices
- Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for Copilot integration into daily workflows
- Design and deliver training programs, documentation, and onboarding materials to empower users across the organization
- Build Copilot agents and work with teams to develop new agents
- Organize Promptathon and other Copilot-related events to support adoption
- Stay apprised of new capabilities
- Analyze current business processes and identify areas where Copilot can streamline operations
- Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor process improvements
- Act as an administrator, monitoring license spend and overall usage
- Track usage metrics, feedback, and performance indicators to measure impact and inform future enablement strategies
- Support governance needs and institute best practices
- Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on adoption trends and optimization opportunities
- Support change initiatives by communicating benefits, addressing resistance, and ensuring smooth transitions
- Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
- 3 years of experience in enablement, process management, business analysis, or a related field
- Strong understanding of and passion for AI tools, digital productivity platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365), and enterprise workflows
- Proven ability to lead training sessions, create enablement content, and drive user adoption
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci) is a plus
