Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as Copilot SME for capabilities, use cases, and best practices
- Identify integration opportunities and partner with stakeholders
- Deliver training, documentation, and onboarding materials
- Build and support Copilot agents; Organize adoption events
- Stay current on new features
- Analyze workflows and implement Copilot-driven improvements
- Maintain process documentation, SOPs, and performance metrics
- Collaborate cross-functionally to monitor enhancements
- Manage licenses and monitor usage
- Track metrics, feedback, and performance for enablement strategies
- Support governance and provide leadership reports
- Drive adoption through communication and resistance management
- Promote innovation and continuous improvement
- 3 years of experience in enablement, process management, business analysis, or a related field
- Strong understanding of and passion for AI tools, digital productivity platforms and enterprise workflows
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to lead training sessions, create enablement content, and drive user adoption
