Kforce has a client that is seeking a Learning & Development Jr. Project Manager in Tampa, FL. Summary: The L&D Learner Experience team ensures the successful delivery of learning programs/events by providing outstanding client service and teaming effectively across various functional groups. In this role, you will support the planning, logistics, delivery, registration, learning management system updates, reporting and may include instructor sourcing and live session operational support.

Requirements
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or similar platforms; Cvent/Cornerstone preferred
- Experience in large, complex organizations; Consulting background a plus
- Onsite and virtual event delivery experience
- Strong spreadsheet skills (Excel/Google Sheets: pivots, reporting)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities; Strong written communication
- Experience with ERP or LMS tools for course delivery and reporting
- Familiarity with NASBA CPE requirements
- Using technology to support live and on-demand training
- Event logistics: registration, A/V, scheduling, and learner communications
- Basic project management for national or virtual programs
- Problem-solving in real time; Maintaining budgets and flexibility
