Lead SAP BDC Architect

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in Juno Beach, FL that is seeking a Lead SAP BDC Architect who will serve as the technical and strategic lead for the design, rollout, and optimization of SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud across the enterprise. This role is responsible for defining architecture standards, driving platform strategy, and ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing analytics solutions aligned with business needs. The Lead SAP BDC Architect will lead proofs of concept, evaluate emerging SAP capabilities, and guide adoption of best practices across teams. Acting as a hands-on architect, the role balances deep technical execution with leadership, mentorship, and stakeholder collaboration. This position plays a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making through a modern SAP analytics ecosystem. Key Responsibilities:

• Define and own the end-to-end architecture and roadmap for SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud
• Lead hands-on design, development, and optimization of data models, views, and analytical content
• Drive proofs of concept and pilots to validate architecture decisions and new SAP capabilities
• Establish and enforce best practices for data modeling, performance, security, and governance
• Partner with business, data, and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
• Guide integration of SAP and non-SAP data sources into Datasphere
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and design oversight to engineers and developers
• Ensure alignment with enterprise data, analytics, and cloud strategies
• Support release planning, environment strategy, and operational readiness for production
• Evaluate and recommend enhancements to improve platform scalability, usability, and value
  
  

Requirements

• To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
