- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements with stakeholders
- Facilitate meetings to align business and technical teams
- Support demand planning, forecasting, and cost tracking
- Develop dashboards and reports to deliver data-driven insights
- Support governance processes including intake workflows, approvals, and compliance
- Track program initiatives, milestones, and risks
- Prepare executive presentations, reports, and documentation
- Collaborate across teams to drive project delivery and business outcomes
- 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or related role
- Strong data analysis and financial tracking capabilities
- Experience with Snowflake or cloud data platforms
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools (Tableau, QuickSight)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and prioritization skills
- Analytical, problem-solving mindset with ability to interpret data
- Experience supporting governance, reporting, and executive communication
