Kforce has a client in NYC that is seeking an ITAM / SAM Lead. Overview: We are seeking a ServiceNow ITAM / SAM Lead to come in and lead a critical workstream focused on Software Asset Management within a large-scale ServiceNow transformation. This role requires a seasoned consultant who has real-world, hands-on experience implementing SAM in large enterprise environments. This is not a textbook role. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of delivering SAM solutions in complex organizations and can confidently lead both functional and technical conversations without being hands-on in configuration. Project Context:

Project Context:
- Immediate need with a drop-dead timeline of July 6 (latest)
- A short-term bridge resource is in place for the next couple of weeks
- Current state analysis
- Future state design
- Process documentation (end-to-end, including all workflows and artifacts)
- Alignment with new software implementation
- Lead the ITAM / SAM workstream within a broader ServiceNow initiative
- Own delivery of end-to-end SAM implementation, with a strong focus on execution
- Conduct current state assessments and define future state processes and architecture
- Develop and document process frameworks, workflows, and supporting documentation
- Provide leadership across ITSM/ITAM/SAM processes
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with IT, Finance, Procurement, and HR
- Drive outcomes at a Senior Manager level, owning the IT workstream end-to-end
- Creating and refining user stories
- Translating business needs into technical direction
- IT processes
- HR and Finance integrations
- Technical architecture and integrations
- Proven experience leading ServiceNow SAM implementations for large enterprise clients (must-have)
- Strong background in IT Asset Management, with a clear focus on SAM
- Demonstrated experience delivering practical, real-world implementations (not theoretical)
- Consulting experience required
- Ability to operate at a workstream lead/senior manager level
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in process design and documentation
- Experience working in complex, multi-system enterprise environments
- Strong communication skills with ability to bridge functional and technical teams
- Experience with ServiceNow platform architecture and integrations
- Experience with Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
- Experience working in multi-instance ServiceNow environments
- Background in large, multi-entity organizations (e.g., BevCo, CoffeeCo, or similar)
