Kforce has a client in Arlington, VA that is seeking an IT Project Manager. Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, including infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations, and platform integrations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Apply both predictive and agile methodologies to manage project lifecycles
- Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and resolve issues to ensure successful delivery
- Maintain project documentation, status reports, and dashboards for executive visibility
- Serve as a technical liaison, translating business requirements into actionable technical plans
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and technical execution
- Accountable for delivering projects that achieve defined business and technical KPIs
- PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification preferred
- 5 years of experience in IT project management with a focus on technical delivery
- Deep understanding or hands-on experience with infrastructure, cloud platforms (Azure preferred), and cybersecurity projects
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Azure DevOps, Jira)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
