This position will be primarily remote, with some occasional onsite work in Austin and San Antonio, TX metro areas. Summary: As an IT Project Coordinator, you are at the forefront of modernization and transformation in the IT space. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented IT Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and completion of projects. The ideal candidate will assist project managers, coordinate project activities, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met while maintaining clear communication between team members and stakeholders. Using your inquisitive skills, servant leadership mindset and passion for helping people, you will help keep the ball rolling on IT projects by working with the teams. Responsibilities:

- IT Project Coordinator will assist in planning and managing project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Coordinate project tasks, schedules, and deadlines to ensure smooth workflow
- Organize and facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items
- Communicate with team members, vendors, and stakeholders to provide project updates
- Maintain project documentation, including reports, meeting notes, and task lists
- Track project performance, monitor risks, and provide solutions to potential issues
- As an IT Project Coordinator, you will ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
- Support procurement and logistics for project-related materials and resources
- Perform all other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree preferably with a major or minor in Information Technology, or equivalent industry experience
- Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
- Excellent oral and writing communications skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- A -can do- attitude
