Summary: This role will contribute to risk assessment activities, support the design and implementation of controls, and assist with ongoing monitoring efforts to enhance compliance, consistency, and operational effectiveness. Key Responsibilities:

Summary: This role will contribute to risk assessment activities, support the design and implementation of controls, and assist with ongoing monitoring efforts to enhance compliance, consistency, and operational effectiveness. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of the organization's internal controls strategy
- Partner with process owners and leadership to strengthen the control environment
- Monitor control performance, identify weaknesses, and track remediation plans
- Lead periodic risk and control assessments across business functions
- Evaluate control design and operating effectiveness, recommending improvements where needed
- Oversee control-related projects and provide guidance to internal team members
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory standards
- Prepare clear reporting and communicate findings to leadership
- Stay current on internal controls best practices and implement process enhancements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- CPA, CIA, or equivalent certification preferred (active or in progress acceptable)
- 3 years of relevant experience in internal controls, audit, or a related function
- Strong business acumen with the ability to build effective relationships across the organization
- Solid analytical skills with strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate clearly across all levels
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with experience driving change
- Knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and risk-based control frameworks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP system experience a plus
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Strong desire to contribute within a growing team structure
- Willingness to travel up to 20%

Salary : $90,000 - $105,000
