Integration Engineer

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX that is seeking an Integration Engineer to lead and support a large-scale migration from Zoom to Microsoft Teams across an enterprise environment. This role will focus on planning, deploying, integrating, and optimizing Microsoft Teams collaboration and voice capabilities while ensuring a seamless user experience and minimal business disruption. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, Teams Phone, Zoom migrations, identity management, enterprise telephony, and collaboration technologies. Responsibilities:

• Lead the migration of users, meetings, and collaboration workloads from Zoom to Microsoft Teams
• Design, configure, and administer Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Teams Phone
• Implement Teams Voice solutions using Direct Routing, Operator Connect, or Microsoft Calling Plans
• Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 collaboration services
• Integrate Teams with Exchange Online, Entra ID (Azure AD), Outlook, SharePoint, and OneDrive
• Configure and support enterprise telephony, SIP, PSTN, and VoIP services
• Deploy and manage Teams Rooms and conferencing solutions
• Troubleshoot audio, video, connectivity, authentication, and meeting issues
• Create migration plans, technical documentation, and operational procedures
• Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell
• Partner with networking, security, identity, and infrastructure teams to ensure successful deployments
• Provide Tier 3 support and resolve complex collaboration issues
• Train end users and IT teams during migration activities
  
  

Requirements

• 5 years of experience supporting Microsoft Teams or Microsoft 365 collaboration environments
• Experience migrating organizations from Zoom to Microsoft Teams
• Strong Microsoft Teams administration experience
• Experience with Microsoft Teams Phone
• Experience with Direct Routing or Operator Connect
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration
• Experience with Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory
• Strong understanding of Exchange Online
• Experience supporting SIP, PSTN, VoIP, and enterprise telephony
• PowerShell scripting experience
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills

• Ribbon or AudioCodes Session Border Controller (SBC) experience
• Cisco CUCM integration experience
• Microsoft Graph API
• Intune or Endpoint Manager
• Networking knowledge including DNS, QoS, firewalls, VPN, and ExpressRoute
• Experience supporting 5,000 user enterprise environments

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
