Responsibilities:
- Align HR strategies with business goals; Advise on workforce planning and organizational design
- Manage full-cycle recruiting and onboarding; partner with hiring managers on talent needs
- Lead performance management, employee development, and engagement initiatives
- Serve as a trusted resource for employee relations, ensuring timely resolution of issues
- Oversee payroll accuracy, time tracking, PTO, and benefits administration (no direct processing)
- Maintain HRIS data integrity, employee records, and compliance with employment laws
- Support audits, reporting, and HR policy development
- Drive HR programs, training, and firm-wide initiatives, including special projects
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
- 6 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment law, and best practices
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Significant experience in employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (UKG preferred) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
