Kforce has a client that is seeking a Human Resource Generalist in Warren, MI. Summary: The HR Operations team member is responsible for executing core HR operations and employee lifecycle processes. This role plays a critical role in delivering consistent, compliant, and high-quality HR support across the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as day-to-day HR support for assigned leaders and employee groups, partnering closely with the HRBP
- Execute HR transactions and employee lifecycle activities in Workday, including job changes, onboarding, offboarding, transfers, relocations, and leave actions
- Manage offboarding logistics, including documentation, system processing, equipment coordination, and employee communications
- Act as primary point of contact for Leave of Absence transactions and standard employee HR inquiries; Escalate complex matters as appropriate
- Coordinate global HR operational activities, including offboarding, immigration and relocation support, and country-specific requirements
- Support performance management and employee relations processes by preparing documentation, tracking actions, and partnering with HRBPs and leaders
- Execute logistics for large-scale HR processes such as reorganizations and workforce reductions, including documentation, Workday execution, and coordination with partners
- Prepare talent and workforce-related materials, reports, and data packs to support talent reviews, calibration, succession planning, and workforce planning
- Support data integrity through audits, remediation activities, compensation planning support, and ongoing HR systems maintenance
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 2-4 years of experience in HR operations or related HR support roles
- Strong HR operations and Workday execution experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail
- Experience supporting global or multi-country HR processes
- Strong judgment, confidentiality, and comfort handling sensitive employee matters
- Collaborative, service-oriented mindset with strong follow-through
