Kforce is working with a client in Wexford, PA that is seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Marketing to lead marketing initiatives and drive growth. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution across B2B/B2C technology and data services. Reporting to the SVP of Sales and Marketing, the Director will shape and execute marketing strategies that elevate brand awareness, generate high-quality leads, and support business objectives. Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals and market positioning
- Performance Reporting: Build concise reporting frameworks to measure funnel attribution, pipeline generation, and ROI
- Brand Management: Strengthen brand through campaigns, thought leadership, and partnerships
- Lead Generation: Drive demand through digital marketing, SEO/SEM, content, email, events, and social media
- Product Marketing: Collaborate with product teams to craft messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies
- Sales Enablement: Provide sales teams with tools, presentations, and materials to support revenue growth
- Market Intelligence: Conduct research to inform strategy and product development
- Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team
- Budget Oversight: Manage budgets and optimize ROI across initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 5 years of experience in B2B/B2C marketing, ideally in tech, SaaS, or data services
- Proven success in integrated marketing strategies and customer acquisition
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Analytical mindset with a focus on performance metrics
- Expertise in digital marketing, automation tools (SFDC, Pardot, 6Sense, Navattic, Kwanzoo, RB2B), and content strategy
- Experience collaborating across sales, product, engineering, and executive teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
