They are currently looking for a Director of Accounting who will oversees all financial accounting operations. This leader ensures regulatory compliance and drives financial reporting accuracy. Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Reporting: Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes
- Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to US GAAP and healthcare-specific regulations
- Internal Controls: Maintain robust internal controls and safeguard company assets
- Audit Management: Act as the primary liaison for external auditors
- Team Leadership: Mentor, manage, and develop the corporate accounting team
- Process Improvement: Optimize accounting systems to scale financial operations
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Certification: Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
- Industry Experience: 5 years of experience in healthcare accounting operations
- Leadership: 4 years of experience in a people-management role
- Public Accounting: Prior experience working at a Big 4 accounting firm
- Systems: Advanced proficiency with enterprise ERP systems (e.g., Netsuite)
- Regulations: Deep knowledge SOPs and audit readiness
- Communication: Ability to present complex financial data to non-finance executives
