Summary: This role will sit at the center of technical accounting, close, and reporting activities across a complex, multi-entity global footprint, with significant visibility to executive leadership and external stakeholders. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex accounting issues, improving processes, and leading teams in a dynamic, fast-growing environment. The Director of Corporate Accounting will be responsible for overseeing corporate accounting policies, ensuring accurate and timely close and consolidation, supporting SEC reporting, and serving as a technical resource for the business as it continues to scale. The Director of Corporate Accounting will be responsible for overseeing corporate accounting policies, ensuring accurate and timely close and consolidation, supporting SEC reporting, and serving as a technical resource for the business as it continues to scale. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead corporate accounting activities including monthly/quarterly close, consolidations, and intercompany accounting across global entities
- Own technical accounting matters (ASC 606, ASC 842, business combinations, equity, revenue, etc.) and drive policy development and implementation
- Partner closely with SEC Reporting, Tax, FP&A, Internal Audit, and external auditors
- Manage and mentor a growing corporate accounting team, fostering development and accountability
- Drive process improvements, automation, and system enhancements to support scalability
- Ensure strong internal controls and SOX compliance in a public company environment
Requirements
- 10 years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting and corporate leadership
- Strong technical accounting background within a public company and global environment
- Proven people leadership experience with the ability to scale teams
- ERP experience and experience navigating complex consolidations
- CPA preferred

Salary : $150,000 - $180,000
