Kforce has a client that is seeking a Controller in Bozeman, MT. Summary: Key financial processes include monthly close, P&L management, financial reporting and forecasting, variance reporting, supervision of payroll for hourly personnel, maintenance of fixed asset record keeping, and annual budget preparation. This role supports alignment of business operational objectives and finance expectations from the Board of Directors and private equity sponsor.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA designation preferred
- 7-10 years of Accounting/Finance experience
- Hands on and strategic
- Working Conditions: Hybrid; 2-3 days in office
