Kforce is immediately adding a full-time Commercial Content Strategist in support of our nationally recognized, Consumer and Commercial Electronic R&D client in Spring, TX. Summary: The Commercial Content Strategist is responsible for defining how content supports commercial marketing objectives across integrated campaigns, customer journeys, and priority growth initiatives. Working closely with Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, Media, and Digital teams, this role develops content strategies, messaging frameworks, and personalization approaches that connect customer challenges with business outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define content strategy across Awareness, Consideration, Conversion, Retention, and Expansion stages of the customer journey
- Develop messaging frameworks for SMB, Mid-Market, Enterprise, and Partner audiences across HP solutions and verticals
- Identify content gaps and opportunities through persona research, customer journey mapping, and content audits
- Determine content requirements across campaigns, digital channels, nurture programs, and customer touchpoints
- Establish editorial priorities, content roadmaps, and strategic messaging plans based on customer needs and business objectives
- Own and continuously optimize content experiences across commercial web properties and digital channels
- Drive personalization strategies using audience insights, segmentation, and behavioral signals to improve engagement and conversion
- Develop content and nurture flows that support integrated campaign objectives and customer progression through the buying journey
- Analyze content performance, web traffic, SEO/SEM metrics, and engagement KPIs to identify optimization opportunities
- Translate performance insights into content recommendations, testing strategies, and continuous improvement plans
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure content is relevant, consistent, and aligned to business priorities
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 8 years of experience in content strategy, digital marketing, demand generation, or related commercial marketing disciplines
