Job Summary: The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for processing invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments, and maintaining strong vendor relationships. This role supports the accounting team by managing day-to-day AP functions and assisting with month-end close activities. Key Responsibilities:

- AP Specialist will process and code vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents (as applicable)
- Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH, and wire payments
- Reconcile AP subledger to the general ledger
- As an AP Specialist, you will resolve vendor inquiries and discrepancies
- Assist with month-end close and audit support
- High School diploma/GED or Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-3 years of accounts payable experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Excel; Experience with accounting/ERP systems a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
