Kforce has a client in Fairfax, VA that is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an AI Compliance and Monitoring Analyst. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the responsible development, deployment, and oversight of AI solutions for both internal initiatives and external client engagements. The ideal candidate will bring a strong data background combined with experience in AI governance, compliance, or monitoring. They must be comfortable interpreting complex data signals and translating those insights into clear, actionable guidance for both technical and non technical audiences. This team is responsible for building, scaling, and maintaining AI driven solutions, with a strong emphasis on data quality, governance, explainability, and regulatory alignment. Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate AI models and systems to ensure compliance with internal standards, ethical frameworks, and regulatory requirements
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and risk indicators within AI outputs and processes
- Translate data findings into clear, concise insights and recommendations for stakeholders across business and technical teams
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards, monitoring frameworks, and compliance documentation
- Support AI governance initiatives, including data lineage, auditability, and model explainability requirements
- Partner with data engineers, data scientists, and AI engineers to ensure models are built and deployed with proper controls and oversight
- Assist in defining best practices related to AI risk management, monitoring, and compliance processes
- Communicate effectively with external clients to explain AI performance, compliance considerations, and data driven insights
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts around data quality, validation, and AI lifecycle monitoring
- 3 to 7 years of experience in data analytics, data science, AI governance, or a related field
- Strong experience working with data including analysis, interpretation, and visualization
- Proven ability to communicate complex data concepts to both technical and non technical audiences
- Familiarity with AI monitoring, model governance, or compliance frameworks
- Experience building reports, dashboards, or analytical outputs to support decision making
- Strong understanding of data quality, data validation, and data governance principles
- Proficiency with tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, or similar analytics platforms

Salary : $110,000 - $140,000
