Summary: The Billing/Accounts Receivable Specialist will support the finance team with invoicing, payment processing, and customer account maintenance. - AR Specialist will prepare and send customer invoices accurately and timely
- Assist with resolving billing discrepancies and customer inquiries
- Monitor aging reports and supporting efforts
- As an AR Specialist, you will maintain accurate documentation and filing
- Assist with month-end AR tasks as needed
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or in progress)
- 1 years of AR experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic Excel skills and comfort working with data
- Ability to communicate professionally with internal teams and customers
