Highlights of what we expect from you
- Execute the MIC (Manager-In-Charge) Success Routine and ensure responsibilities under People, Customers, and Service are completed
- Assist with Profit and Loss management by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, and managing labor
- Demonstrate a friendly attitude and great customer service skills
- Be detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Oversee a team of associates in a fast-paced environment while ensuring all proper food safety precautions are met
- Demonstrate patience and a positive attitude while delegating tasks and giving instructions
- Work effectively and safely in a changing environment
- Make quick and appropriate decisions
- Take ownership and responsibility when solving problems
- Ensure all Team Members complete their Shift Excellence tasks for their assigned position(s)
- Understand posted work schedules and report to work as scheduled-on time, in uniform, and ready to begin tasks. Provide appropriate notice when unable to work
- Understand and use the approved timekeeping system, including accurately recording all hours worked
- Provide ongoing constructive and positive feedback to Team Members
- Actively participate in the training of Team Members
- Handle conflicts constructively and work with the RGM to achieve resolution
- Fully participate in delivering a WOW experience to every guest

Are you qualified for the job?
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; College or University degree preferred
- Basic business math and accounting skills, with strong analytical and decision-making abilities
- Experience: Relevant supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must pass background check criteria and drug test
- Able to stock shelves and coolers
- Able to oversee and manage subordinate employees and provide direction
- Able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves, lift and carry trash containers, and place them in an outside bin
- Able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant
- Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and stooping during 90% of the shift
