Help Desk Technician

We're looking for an L1/L2 Help Desk Technician to join our team in Reynoldsburg, OH.

What You'll Do

● Troubleshoot PC hardware, operating systems, and network issues

● Diagnose and resolve common hardware and software problems

● Use backup and recovery tools and perform basic firewall administration

● Troubleshoot basic networking hardware and protocols

● Manage client requests using CRM and ticketing systems

● Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Skills You'll Need

● Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced service environment

● A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service

● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

● Willingness to learn new technologies and expand your skill set

● 1-3 years of hands-on PC support experience

● Microsoft 365 (Office 365) experience

● General knowledge of PC hardware, cloud services, networking, and business applications

Compensation & Benefits

● $22-$25/hour, based on experience
