Sales Representative – Material Handling & Pallet Racking
Keystone Warehouse Inventory (KWI) is expanding and looking to hire 1 Sales Representative to support growth in the Allentown, PA markets
About the Role
You’ll sell pallet racking, shelving, warehouse equipment, and material‑handling solutions to businesses across your territory. This role blends field visits, quoting, relationship building, and helping customers design safe, efficient warehouse layouts.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and develop new business in your assigned region
- Visit customer sites to evaluate needs and propose solutions
- Prepare quotes, drawings, and product recommendations
- Manage leads, follow‑ups, and pipeline activity
- Build long‑term relationships with warehouse managers, contractors, and business owners
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and customer‑facing confidence
- Experience in sales, construction, warehouse operations, or material handling (preferred but not required)
- Ability to learn product lines and explain solutions clearly
- Self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Compensation & Benefits
- Employee choice of salary to start and then switch to 100% commission
- In year 2-3 if you follow training you should reach incomes of $100,000.00 in commission, year 4-6 incomes of $130,000.00 and year 7 $150,000.00.
