Data Analyst

Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights, supporting business decision-making, and enhancing data-driven strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize key metrics and trends
• Maintain daily reports from phone system and various digital systems regarding KPIs and risk indicators
• Perform comprehensive data analysis to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement
• Work closely with IT department and external vendors to troubleshoot issues related to digital support systems
• Perform testing for upgrades, patches, and system maintenance
• Stay updated on emerging trends in analytics, including new tools or enhancements in existing platforms

Requirements

• Power BI experience required (intermediate-level proficiency)
• MS Excel Intermediate-level proficiency
• 3 years' experience in data analysis/related
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
• Highly organized and analytical

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

• High school or equivalent (Required)
