Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights, supporting business decision-making, and enhancing data-driven strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize key metrics and trends
- Maintain daily reports from phone system and various digital systems regarding KPIs and risk indicators
- Perform comprehensive data analysis to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement
- Work closely with IT department and external vendors to troubleshoot issues related to digital support systems
- Perform testing for upgrades, patches, and system maintenance
- Stay updated on emerging trends in analytics, including new tools or enhancements in existing platforms
Requirements
- Power BI experience required (intermediate-level proficiency)
- MS Excel Intermediate-level proficiency
- 3 years' experience in data analysis/related
- Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
- Highly organized and analytical
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
