Accounts Payable Specialist (Full Cycle) - HYBRID

OVERVIEW: Only candidates with current or recent full-cycle Accounts Payable experience, QuickBooks proficiency, and a stable work history will be reviewed. Applications outside the $50,000–$60,000 range or beyond a reasonable commute to Cranberry Township will not be considered.

MUST HAVE'S: (DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT MEET ALL THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA)

• 2 years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience (non-negotiable)
• Experience with general ledger and basic accounting principles
• QuickBooks experience REQUIRED
• Strong Excel skills (PivotTables, lookups, data tracking)
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Proven job stability and tenure (no frequent job hopping)
• Ability to work hybrid schedule in Cranberry Township (2–3 days onsite weekly)

Compensation - NON_NEGOTIABLE

• $50,000 – $60,000 base salary (firm range)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable including invoice processing, coding, approvals, and payment execution
• Perform general ledger reconciliation activities
• Support month-end close processes related to AP
• Utilize QuickBooks for daily accounting operations
• Utilize Excel (PivotTables and VLOOKUPs) for tracking and reporting

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
