You will oversee the content creation & manage the social media presence for our other branches in Nashville, TN Sarasota, FL.
Role Description: The Content Creator Social Media Manager is a full-time role based in East Earl, PA. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content that showcases Keystone Outdoor Living’s projects, services, and brand voice across social media platforms and the company website. Day-to-day tasks include capturing photo and video content on project sites, writing captions and short-form copy, scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages. The role also involves collaborating with the owner and project managers to develop content themes, track performance metrics, refine strategies, and ensure consistent branding. On-site visits will be required to gather visual content and understand ongoing projects.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills in content creation, including proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, and After Effects). Experience with professional photography, videography, drone operation, lighting, audio equipment, and video editing is highly preferred. Candidates should be comfortable creating engaging content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, including short-form videos, reels, and promotional campaigns. Familiarity with graphic design, motion graphics, color grading, and content management tools is important. Experience with Canva, CapCut, and social media scheduling platforms is a plus. The ability to capture high-quality footage on job sites, conduct interviews, and transform raw content into polished, brand-focused storytelling is essential.
