Job Title: Content Creator

Job Summary:

The Content Creator will be responsible for generating creative

content, including photos, short-form & long-form videos, graphics, and social media

posts, to engage and grow the brand’s audience.

This role requires strong communication, creativity, and knowledge of content

trends to effectively deliver compelling messages.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

• Create engaging videos and visual content for social media.
• Develop content strategies tailored to different platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok).
• Produce creative content for marketing campaigns, newsletters, and ads.

Social Media Management:

• Plan, create, and schedule posts across social media platforms.
• Monitor social media trends and leverage them to create viral content.

Content Strategy Development:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive content strategies.
• Analyze audience insights and content performance to adjust strategies.

Content Optimization:

• Track performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, clicks) and improve content based on results.
• Utilize analytics tools to assess content performance and audience behavior.

Brand Voice & Consistency:

• Ensure that all content aligns with the brand’s voice, style, and guidelines.
• Maintain consistency in messaging across platforms.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor content.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a content creator.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
• Knowledge of content marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools.
• Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in video production and editing
• A degree in Marketing or a related field is a plus.
• Knowledge of graphic design and visual content creation.

Job Environment:

Keystone Outdoor Living is a family-run business located in East Earl and has been

building high-end, luxurious features for backyards for over 40 years. Keystone

builds custom decks, porches, pools, and basically anything that will improve the

backyard space.

Keystone is focused on providing an outstanding environment for its employees and

exceptional support for its clients.

This role includes working in our offices at East Earl, PA but requires traveling to job

sites located throughout central and eastern PA, western NJ, DE, and northern MD.

Occasional travel to other branches in Nashville, Tennessee or Sarasota, Florida

will be needed.
