Manufacturing Packaging & Quality Control Specialist

How you’ll make an impactQuality assurance

• Inspect and verify product quality prior to packing, confirming measurements, condition, and labeling.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate quality issues or discrepancies.
• Complete required quality documentation accurately and on time.
  
  

Packaging and crating

• Build custom skids, crates, and boxes daily to meet specification requirements.
• Pack products precisely according to guidelines to protect items in transit.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe packing environment.
  
  

Collaboration and improvement

• Work closely with teammates to achieve daily production goals.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new team members in packing and QC procedures.
• Contribute ideas and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  
  

What you’ll bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in quality is a plus.
• Experience in packing, quality control, or a related production or warehouse role.
• Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Strong organization and time management; effective teamwork and independent work skills.
• Knowledge of QC standards and practices; clear written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as required by production.
