What are the responsibilities and job description for the Estate Planning Case Manager - Paralegal position at Keystone Law Firm?
OVERVIEW:
Keystone Law Firm is looking for an experienced Estate Planning Case Manager (Paralegal).
Our law firm is looking to find our newest Estate Planning Case Manager! We are looking for a full-timer who can work from our office during our business hours (Monday through Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. and Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.).
Our law firm culture is a little weird. We believe that clients deserve a law firm that doesn't talk down to them, treats them with respect, helps them understand, and also isn't afraid to speak difficult truths into their lives.
Our owner made a commitment when starting this firm in 2007 never to become "one of those lawyers" (and you KNOW what we mean). We love helping our clients, and your role will help our clients feel reassured that we truly want the best for them!
This is not an entry level position; you must have significant experience drafting wills, trust, powers of attorney, and real estate transfer deeds. The perfect candidate will have drafted over 100 estate plans using the WealthCounsel drafting system.
Our office is free of toxic personalities so that we all can keep our sanity, have some fun, remain professional, be team-oriented, and be free from complainers. We want to help all of our team members reach their own personal goals. If that sounds good to you, this might be the best job you ever had.

You need to be able to thrive in an ever-changing environment as we continue to serve our clients. Expect heavy computer use and digital file maintenance. We are also a non-smoking office.
