As a Direct Support Professional, you will empower individuals with intellectual disabilities to live full, meaningful lives within their communities by providing person-centered support that values individuality, respect, and choice
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a healthy, engaging home environment
- Provide individualized support in alignment with each person’s service plan
- Teach and assist with daily living skills and personal care
- Support individuals in achieving valued social roles and independence
- Assist with personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration
- Provide transportation to activities, employment, and appointments
- Advocate for the health, wellness, and independence of the people we support
- Build positive relationships while maintaining professional boundaries
- Collaborate with team members and families to ensure meaningful outcomes
- $20.50 per hour
- Full Time and Part Time (first/second shifts, rotating weekends)
- Casual/Per Diem (varying schedule, includes weekends)

- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to read, interpret, and apply written information

- Ability to successfully complete Medication Administration, First Aid, CPR, and other required trainings within mandated timeframes

Salary : $21
