- Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Psychology, Social Work, Human Services; Master’s degree and licensure in Mental Health related field is preferred
- Related bachelor’s degree and equivalent experience may be considered, with a commitment to continued professional development
- Four years of supervisory experience, including one year in administrative management
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based systems
- Valid driver’s license and access to properly insured vehicle, or public transportation
- Successful completion of pre-employment process, including Criminal History, MVR, Child Abuse and FBI clearances
