Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Estimator role located in Omaha, NE. The Estimator will play a critical role in preparing detailed project estimates, analyzing blueprints, identifying material and labor costs, and collaborating with the project management team. The Estimator will also coordinate with clients, architects, and contractors to deliver accurate bids and update estimates as project requirements evolve. Additional responsibilities include vendor and supplier communication to ensure competitiveness and maintaining project cost documentation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and construction documents
• Experience with project estimation, budgeting, and cost evaluation
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with clients, architects, and contractors
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical abilities
• Knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and processes, particularly in the glass and glazing industry, is a plus
• Familiarity with estimating software and tools is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or relevant industry experience
• Ability to work on-site in Omaha, NE, and adapt to a dynamic project environment
