We are seeking a dynamic and motivated RTD (Ready-to-Drink) Line Operator-Line Lead to join our manufacturing team. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the RTD production line, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to safety protocols
- Lead and motivate a team of operators, providing guidance and support to maintain high productivity levels
- Operate and monitor machinery using hand tools and power tools; perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed
- Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with quality standards and company procedures
- Assist with setup, calibration, and changeovers of equipment for different product runs
- Conduct inspections of products and equipment to identify defects or mechanical issues early
- Maintain accurate documentation of production activities, including shift reports, quality checks, and safety logs
Skills
- Proven experience working in a factory or manufacturing facility environment, preferably within beverage or related industries
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools and power tools effectively
- Strong assembly line experience with an understanding of manufacturing processes and workflow optimization
- Warehouse experience is a plus, especially related to inventory management or material handling
- Certification or experience operating forklifts is highly desirable for efficient material movement
- Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and safety standards
