A young woman who lives at home with her family is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide In-Home and Community Support.

The DSP will assist with daily living activities, personal care, transfers, supervision, and companionship in a warm, clean, and welcoming family environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide full physical assistance with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Assist with transfers and lifting as needed, following safe practices.
- Provide supervision, companionship, and compassionate support.
- Support the individual's daily routines, comfort, safety, and well-being.
- Complete accurate daily documentation of services provided and goals addressed.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with the individual's family and Common Law Employer (CLE).
Qualifications and Expectations
- Dependable, punctual, and responsible.
- Reliable transportation.
- Previous experience supporting individuals with disabilities or special needs.
- Experience with transfers and lifting.
- Comfortable providing full physical assistance with personal care and ADLs.
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful of the individual's dignity, preferences, and needs.
- Ability to communicate professionally and work collaboratively with the family.
Schedule
Sunday: 12:30 PM – 7:30 PM
This is a part-time position serving an individual in her family home in the Archbald area.
Employment Information
The Direct Support Professional will be hired through Public Partnerships (PPL), the Financial Management Services (FMS) provider, and the individual's Common Law Employer (CLE). Beacon Keystone is not the employer for this position.
