Keystone Basement Systems is seeking a Recruiter to help support hiring efforts across multiple departments within the company.
This role is responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting phone screenings/interviews, coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication, and handling onboarding/offboarding processes.
Responsibilities:
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, really, referrals, and career fairs
- Review resumes and identify qualified candidates
- Conduct phone screenings and initial candidate evaluations
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and leadership
- Maintain accurate candidate tracking
- Manage onboarding steps for new hires
- Assist with offboarding procedures
- Maintain professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced workload
- Professional written and verbal communication
- Comfortable learning multiple software systems and platforms
- Previous recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
