Keystone Basement Systems is hiring a Recruiter to support our growing team across sales, service, production, and office hiring.
This is a full-cycle recruiting role focused on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across multiple departments. We’re looking for someone who is organized, proactive, communicative, and comfortable moving quickly in a high-volume environment.
What you’ll do:
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and career fairs
• Review resumes and conduct phone screens/interviews
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Track candidates and recruiting KPIs
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Manage onboarding steps for new hires
• Handle offboarding processes when needed
• Help improve recruiting systems, messaging, and hiring workflows
What we’re looking for:
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable speaking with candidates over phone, text, and email
• Ability to manage multiple open roles at once
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated
• Recruiting experience is preferred, but not required for the right person
Experience with platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or onboarding software is a plus.
