NTPStag, a division of Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc., is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Inside Sales Coordinator – RV Industry to join our Irving, TX team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys RV parts and accessories, account development, and helping customers find the right solutions.

About The Role

As an Inside Sales Coordinator, you will connect with customers by phone, promote RV products and services, support order and quote activity, and provide helpful product guidance. You’ll use CRM tools, product knowledge, and strong communication skills to support daily sales goals.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct outbound sales calls to established customers to promote products and services
• Maintain accurate customer and account information in CRM systems
• Review account activity to identify sales opportunities and changes in customer trends
• Provide incoming phone queue support, including customer service and technical support
• Enter quotes and orders accurately, including pricing, quantities, shipping details, and documentation
• Answer customer questions about parts, pricing, availability, warranties, delivery times, and company services
• Prospect and develop relationships with potential customers
• Support continual improvement efforts and perform other duties as assigned
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Previous sales, account management, customer service, retail sales, call center sales, RV parts, dealership support, or related experience preferred; willing to train the right person
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
• Competitive, motivated mindset with comfort asking for the sale
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and customer relationships
• Comfort working with computers, Microsoft Office, and customer database systems
• Flexibility to work variable schedules, if needed
• Ability to travel occasionally for customer visits or trade shows
  
  

Preferred Skills

• RV industry experience
• Some college coursework or degree preferred
• Prior sales or account management experience
• Experience training or educating customers, such as teaching online or system features
