Role Description The Inside Sales Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Grapevine, TX. This role involves managing inbound and outbound sales calls, preparing and following up on freight quotes, and supporting the sales team in converting leads into active customers. The coordinator will handle order processing, maintain accurate customer and shipment records, and ensure timely communication between dispatch, operations, and clients. Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries, resolving service issues, monitoring shipment status, and proactively supporting customer satisfaction and retention efforts. The role also includes updating internal systems, preparing basic sales reports, and contributing to process improvements that enhance service quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales skills, including lead follow-up, quote preparation, and basic sales pipeline management.
