Your Role with Keystone Automotive Operations
Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is currently looking to hire an E-Commerce Specialist for our Exeter, PA location!
As an E-Commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating the creative, technical, and strategic production of online content and web presence. You will also manage processes and systems to ensure flawless quality of e-commerce content and catalog deliveries while developing strategies to increase competitiveness by converting goals into business practice.
Responsibilities Include:
- Responsible for executing online marketing initiatives by creating, deploying, updating, and maintaining online web content and graphics for product listings.
- Promote, research, and maintain uploaded products on websites/portals to support digital marketing programs.
- Work closely with different teams (product management, graphics, sales) to provide updated content that will be shared across different E-Commerce platforms.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of implemented programs, strategies, and campaigns.
- Track usage trends of the organization's websites, including number and quality of visitors and advertising campaign impact.
- Set standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance.
- Be a subject matter expert to assigned product categories.
- Implement social media strategy by monitoring industry related conversations and trends, answering customer questions and reviews, and engaging in community discussions.
- Contribute to ongoing refinements in Ecommerce strategy and planning.
- Assume other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
- 3 years experience designing, developing, and maintaining e-Commerce websites/portals
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience in e-Commerce space that includes marketing strategies, various leading e-Commerce website builders, product development, competitive strategies, consumer research, industry trends and usability best practices.
- Experience with various platforms and online sales strategies and can be used to conduct digital sales or website conversions.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and to draw and interpret graphs.
- Basic computer skills.
- Regularly uses moderately complex oral and written skills. May train others in functional areas, interact with others and make presentation to department or middle management.
- Problems encountered are routine, somewhat repetitive and generally solved by following clear directions and procedures.
- Decisions generally affect own job or assigned functional area.
