KEYS Service Corps AmeriCorps, based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, has been addressing critical community needs since 1995. As part of the national AmeriCorps initiative, KEYS focuses on empowering at-risk youth in Pittsburgh and Allegheny County. Members serve in schools, after-school programs, and community-based organizations, offering structured activities, academic support, and organizing service projects. Through its mission, KEYS aims to create safe and supportive spaces while offering comprehensive training and assistance to its members during their term of service.
This is a full-time, on-site role for an AmeriCorps Member based in Pittsburgh, PA. The member will dedicate their time to supporting at-risk youth through mentoring, providing academic assistance, facilitating structured activities, and leading community service projects. Members will engage with educational institutions and community programs, serving as positive role models while promoting skill-building and personal growth. Additionally, the AmeriCorps Member will participate in ongoing training and development opportunities provided by KEYS Service Corps staff.
