  • 8 years of total IT experience, at least five of those years spent as a desktop support engineer.
  • Strongly recommended is prior experience working in regulated enterprise environments or supporting US healthcare.
  • Must be strong in networking fundamentals and have handson experience in supporting MacBooks
  • Practical knowledge of business endpoint tools, AD, Exchange, O365, and Outlook.
    Strong grasp of the principles of networking (LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP) advanced problem-solving, diagnostic, and escalation management abilities.
  • Understanding of the Incident, Request, Change, and Problem (ITIL) best practices.
  • Certifications in healthcare or security awareness (HIPAA, Security ).
