We’re looking for an experienced, relationship-driven Account Executive to join our team of innovative marketers. In this role, you’ll be the strategic connector between clients and our agency, driving measurable success through client relationship management, business development, and expert digital marketing solutions.

What You’ll Do
- Build & Grow Client Relationships
- Serve as the trusted point of contact for clients, fostering lasting partnerships.
- Identify opportunities to deepen engagement and cross-sell services that drive client success.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, on brand, and on strategy.
- Drive Business Growth
- Actively prospect and close new clients through networking, lead generation, and relationship building.
- Develop compelling proposals and present solutions that resonate with prospective clients.
- Represent KeyMedia Solutions at industry and community events (some outside regular business hours).
- Lead with Digital Marketing Expertise
- Map client goals to the right omni-channel strategies, from search to social to display.
- Interpret campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Clearly explain digital strategies in ways that build client confidence and understanding.
What It Takes to Succeed
- Proven Experience – At least 2 years in account management, sales, or business development (preferably in marketing/advertising).
- Relationship Skills – Exceptional ability to listen, communicate, and connect with clients and colleagues.
- Digital Marketing Knowledge – Understanding of multi-channel strategies, metrics, and optimization best practices.
- Business Development Drive – Skilled at prospecting, nurturing leads, and closing deals.
- Analytical Mindset – Comfortable interpreting data and turning it into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Adaptability & Curiosity – Eager to learn new technologies, embrace change, and solve challenges creatively.
- Organization & Multitasking – Capable of managing multiple clients and priorities without missing a beat.
